Requirements for Entrance Aboite Christian School (ACS) follows the State of Indiana entrance  requirements pertaining to age (age 6 by June 1 for entrance to First Grade, age 5 by June 1 for entrance to Kindergarten, and age 4 by June 1 for entrance to Jr. K). Aboite Christian School admits students of any race, color, or ethnic origin. All rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded are made available to students. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies. Aboite Christian School (ACS) encourages the community to have their children enrolled, who desire a Christian education and who will be in compliance with the schools regulations.
Tuition & Fees
- Registration Fee: This yearly fee for students includes book rental, school insurance, consumable supplies, and other administration services. Registration fees, along with the first month's tuition, are due on registration day. Registration Fee is $210.00 per student. Registration fee will be raised to $225.00 if NOT paid by registration day.
- Billing Fee: The billing firm which the Conference has chosen to do the billing for the School is called "FACTS". This fee is per family, not per student. The fee will be charged to the parent/guardian and due on the first billing. The first billing will be on July 1 and due by July 31 (may be flexible depending on when school starts). There are 3 billing options available:
- Automatic withdrawal from checking or other account . . . . . . . . . . $41/year

- credit card holder charged 2.5% of charged amount
- billed on the 5th or 20th of the month

- billed on the 1st and due by the 25th of the month
- 2 months late (not cumulative) means switch to automatic withdrawal
- Late Fee: $25.00 will be assessed on all delinquent payments.
Delinquent Accounts: If account falls for more than two months past due, the student may be subject to suspension until the account is paid in full. Students entering the school during the first two weeks of the month will be charged tuition for the entire month. Students entering after two weeks of the month will be charged tuition for one half of the month. NO student whose account shows more than the current and previous month's charges will be admitted or retained unless special arrangements have been made with the School Board. Year-end grades are contingent upon the account being PAID IN FULL. Alternate Financial Arrangements: If different financial arrangements than stated above are necessary, please contact the School Board treasurer or chairperson. For your convenience, you may divide your total tuition payments into ten equal payments over the ten months from August through May.

Junior Kindergarten is half day, Monday through Friday. - Application: For a prospective student to be admitted to the school, his/her parent(s) and/or guardian(s) must submit a properly completed, standard application to the School Board. Acceptance of student is subject to an interview with the principal and Board Member.
- Transfer: Any child transferring from another school will be required to present records from the last school attended.
- First Grade: Students who are not six years old by June 1, will not be admitted to the first grade.
- Medical: A complete medical examination for all students entering first and fifth grade and all new students in accordance with Indiana State Health Department regulations. Your doctor's form will be acceptable or we will provide one. Immunizations will be required according to state law.
- Acceptance: All new students will be accepted under a probationary period of thirty (30) days. A review by the board of the student's progress will be arranged at the end of that period. All applications for admissions are subject to acceptance by the School Board.
- Agreement: Parent(s) and/or guardian(s) and student(s) must read this School Handbook and agree to abide by the school's policies and procedures by signing the bottom half of the Student Agreement Form. This form must be turned in to the School Board at the time of registration. A financial agreement form must also be signed by the student(s) parent(s) and/or guardian(s) and turned in to the School Board at the time of registration.
- Requirements: Parents of children attending ACS for the first time must provide a birth certificate and social security number.
- Registration Fee: The registration fee must be paid at the time of registration.
- Testing: Students having learning problems will be tested by ACS personnel or referred to another testing source. If deemed that we are unable to adequately provide a quality education for your child, we may need to refer your child to another school that is more prepared to handle your needs.
